📦 Order

What kind of clothing does Wibbel sell?
Wibbel sells secondhand children's clothing in sizes 62 to 104. Each item is unique, carefully selected, and in good condition.

Are the clothes clean?
Absolutely! Everything is washed, checked, and freshly packaged before it arrives to you.

Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount at Wibbel - you are also welcome to order just one item!

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We sell gift certificates (link coming soon). It's a great idea to make someone else happy with a beautiful piece of clothing.

🚚 Shipping

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. After that, it usually takes 1-2 days for delivery via PostNL.

Can I have multiple items shipped together?
Yes! Everything is wrapped up in one cheerful package.

Can I also pick up my order?
No, Wibbel is only a webshop.

It says my order has been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What now?
Please contact us at hello@wibbel.nl, mention your order number and we will sort it out together.

🔁 Returns Policy

What about returns?
You can return the item within 14 days, provided it's in its original condition. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. See our returns policy for more information.

What if something doesn't fit?
No problem! You can return it. As soon as the item is returned to us in good condition, we'll refund your purchase price (excluding shipping costs, if applicable).

How quickly will my return be processed?
Once we have received your return in good order, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs if paid) will be refunded the same day.

What do you do to promote sustainability?
All clothing is secondhand and given a new life; nothing is new. We use reusable or recycled packaging, and we keep it small and sustainable. This way, together we build a wonderful world for our little ones.
